ASHDOWN, Ark.—Jeanie Lisenby, 54, of Ashdown died Saturday, May 3, 2008, in Texarkana.

Mrs. Lisenby was born March 17, 1954, in Odessa, Texas. She was a member of Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church, Millwood, Ark.

Survivors include her husband, Dalton “Bear” Lisenby of Ashdown; her mother, Beth Sams of Ashdown; two sons, William Lisenby of Ashdown and Butch Lisenby of Crossroads, Ark.; one daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Steve Reynolds of Lafayette, La.; three sisters, Pam Carter of Midland, Texas, Janett Bounds of Texas City, Texas, and Patty Dukes of Ashdown; two grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 2 p.m. today at Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church with Vic Chapman officiating. Burial will be in Richmond Cemetery, Ashdown, under direction of Madden Funeral Home.
