CLARKSVILLE, Texas—Pearlie I. Martin, 92, of Clarksville, died Monday, May 5, 2008, at her home. 

Mrs. Martin was born March 16, 1916, in Haskell County, Texas. She was a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Martin; and one son, Donald Martin.

Survivors include four sons; James Martin of Dallas, Floyd Martin of Plano, Texas, and Thomas Martin and Charles Martin of Clarksville; two daughters, Lucille Lollar and Cathy Phillips of Clarksville; 22 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 11 a.m. today at Clarksville Funeral Home with the Revs. Ronnie Kellam and James Brown officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
