Don Ray Buchanan, 63, of Texarkana died Tuesday, May 6, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Buchanan was born Jan. 18, 1945, in Prescott, Ark. He was employed with Union Pacific Railroad and a member of First Baptist Church, Moores Lane.

Survivors include his wife, Becky Payne Buchanan; two sons and daughters-in-law, Tony and Patty Buchanan of Pottsboro, Texas, and Bobby and Susan Buchanan of Texarkana; one sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Jerry Ware of Little Rock; one aunt, Imogene Marlar of Texarkana; two nieces, Mindy Ware and Shay Garner; four grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 10 a.m. today at East Funeral Home, Moores Lane, with the Rev. Neal Ridling officiating. Burial will be in Missionary Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Prescott, Ark.
