Helen Thomas Weaver, 77, of Texarkana, Ark., died Sunday, May 4, 2008, in Houston.

Mrs. Weaver was born Nov. 13, 1930, in Texarkana.

Survivors include her husband, Robert W. Weaver; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert W. II and Sue Weaver; one brother, Louis; four sisters, Rita, Hesse, Cathy and Jane Anne; one grandson, Robert W. Weaver III; one granddaughter, Rachel Travis; one great-grandson; and a number of other relatives.

Mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Edward Catholic Church with the Rev. Vincent Flusche officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery under direction of East Funeral Home, Downtown.

Rosary will be recited after 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
