Zipporah Williams, 56, of Texarkana, Texas, died Tuesday, May 6, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Williams was born Aug. 31, 1951, in Portsmouth, Va. She was a substitute teacher and a member of Atlanta Street Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband, Steve Williams, Ch.D, of Texarkana; one son, Ian Patrick Williams of Cleveland, Miss.; one daughter, Nikia Williams of Greenville, Miss.; her father, Will Roy Hill Sr. of Portsmouth; two brothers, Freddie Hill of Atlanta, Ga., and Will Roy Hill Jr. of Portsmouth; and four sisters, Jean Carter and Karen Adams of Washi...
