HENDERSON, Texas—Forest Leonard Jennings, 78, of Henderson died Thursday, May 8, 2008, in a Tyler, Texas hospital.

Mr. Jennings was born April 10, 1930, in Simms, Texas. He was a minister with South Main Church of Christ, Henderson.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Boren Jennings; two daughters, Kathy Lynn Jennings and Debbie Ann Jennings; two sons, Mark Jennings and David Jennings; two brothers, Byron Jennings of Vivian, La., and J.C. Jennings of Daingerfield, Texas; one sister, Daisy Foster of Simms, Texas; four grandsons; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at South Main Church of Christ with Ed Todd, Devon LeBay and Greg McAdams officiating under direction of Crawford-Crim-Bryan Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the Diabetes Foundation or the Heart Foundation.
