OLA HASTINGS

CLARKSVILLE, Texas—Ola Faye Hastings, 67, of Clarksville died Thursday, May 8, 2008, in a Paris, Texas, hospital.

Mrs. Hastings was born May 21, 1940, in Lamar County, Texas.

Survivors include her husband, Bud Hastings of Clarksville; one son, Leslie Goodman of Paris; two stepsons, Kenneth Hastings of Texarkana and Dwayne Hastings of San Antonio; three stepdaughters, Gail Hearn of Mount Enterprise, Texas, Connie Buchannan of Texarkana and Belinda Clark of Redwater, Texas; four sisters, Wanda Brockway and Wilma Ward of Paris, Gladys Nigo of Garland, Texas, and Juanita Summers of Carrollton, Texas; and two brothers, Henry Lee Smith and Joe William Smith of Paris.

Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Clarksville Funeral Home with the Rev. Don Shovan officiating. Burial will be in Blanton Creek Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
