Parrie Mae McWilliams Crabtree, 74, of Texarkana, Ark., died Sunday, May 11, 2008, in a local nursing home.

Mrs. Crabtree was born Aug. 9, 1933, in Texarkana. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by one son, Rickie Johnston; and one daughter, Joanie Hickman.

Survivors include her husband, Ray Crabtree Sr. of Texarkana; four daughters, Teresa Crabtree of Fouke, Ark., Diane Hicks of Biloxi, Miss., and Kay Coffman and Karen Brackeen of Texarkana; five sons, Wayne Johnston Jr., Danny Ray Crabtree and Jamie Ray Crabtree of Fouke, Kevern Johnston of Bogalusa, La., and Ray Crabtree Jr. of Texarkana; one brother, W.E. McWilliams of Texarkana; 22 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Services will be 1 p.m. Wednes-day at Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas, with the Rev. William V. Garner officiating. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery, Fouke.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
