WILLIAM STANMORE

LONGVIEW, Texas—William Kevin Stanmore, 46, of Grand Prairie, Texas, died Monday, May 12, 2008, in Grand Prairie.

Mr. Stanmore was born Jan. 1, 1962, in Queen City, Texas. He was employed with the Postal Service.

Survivors include his wife, Sheila; three daughters, Devon, Erin and Sydney; his mother, Beatrice; six brothers, Vernon Jr., Floyd, Freddie, Charles, Jerry and Dr. Roger Stanmore; and four sisters, Vernell, Linda, Cathy and Beverly.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Community Missionary Baptist Church, DeSoto, Texas, under direction of Stanmore Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at Oak Grove Baptist Church, Queen City, and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Community Missionary Baptist Church.
