Sixto Aguilar, 86, of Maud, Texas, died Thursday, May 15, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mr. Aguilar was born Aug. 6, 1921, in Juarez, Mexico. He had worked with Goodwill Industries and the Fuller Brush Co. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a World War II Army veteran.

Survivors include one sister, Carmen Jordan of Texarkana; three nieces, Nancy White of Maud, Norma Carlson and Mary Baker of Texarkana; four nephews, Jerry Jordan of Huntsville, Texas, George Delgadillo of El Paso, Texas, Mike Jordan and Mark Jordan of Texarkana; and...
