CLARKSVILLE, Texas—James L. “Sonny” Pryor, 72, of Bogata, Texas, died Wednesday, May 21, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Pryor was born Jan. 14, 1936, in Haskell, Texas. He was a member of Bogata Missionary Baptist Church and a National Guard veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley A.
