ROSA LANE

Rosa Lee Hansche Lane, 65, of Texarkana died Wednesday, May 21, 2008, in a local nursing home.

Mrs. Lane was born Aug. 7, 1942, in Texarkana, Ark. She was preceded in death by one son, Jimmy Lee Lane.

Survivors include her husband, Jim Lane of Joshua, Texas; one son, John M. Lane of Texarkana; three daughters, Rose M. Lane and Naomi Ruth Lane of Shelton, Wash., and Gloria Marie Lane of Texarkana; two sisters-in-law, Lou Sisk of Joshua, and Joyce Smith of Dallas; one brother-in-law, Marshall Lane of Taylor, Ark.; 20 grandchildren; and one great-grandchildren.

Services were Wednesday at East Funeral Home, downtown, with the Revs. Ridgell Murphy and C.G. Wiley officiating. Burial was in Rondo Memorial Gardens.
