ATLANTA, Texas—Sandy Dicker-son, 95, of Commerce, Texas, died Saturday, May 24, 2008, in a Greenville, Texas, hospital.

Mr. Dickerson was born Nov. 25, 1912, in Douglassville, Texas. He was retired from Bowie-Cass Electric and a member of Free Christian Zion Church of Christ.

Survivors include three sons, Earnest Dickerson of Atlanta, Sandy Dickerson Jr. of Douglassville and Douglas E. Dickerson of Cooper, Texas; four daughters, Barbara N. Fields of Commerce and Alice Faye Jones, Martha Flo and Lu Jean of Dallas; 27 grandchildren; 77 great-grandchildren; 36 great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Free Christian Zion Church of Christ with Bishop Willie Benson Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery under direction of Community Mortuary.

Visitation will be noon to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
