NAPLES, Texas—Billy Joe Tuck, 77, of Omaha, Texas, died Sunday, June 1, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Tuck was born May 23, 1931, in Dalton, Texas. He was a retired owner/operator of a sawmill, member of Bellmead Masonic Lodge, Bar Nun Cowboy Ministries and a Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by one wife, Faydell Tuck.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Tuck of Omaha; two sons, Billy Wade Tuck of New Boston, Texas, and Lonnie Paul of Omaha; three daughters, Bonnie Johnson of Wake Village, Texas, Pam Morris of Omaha, and Angelia Schwettmann of Orlando, Fla.; four brothers, Perry Tuck and Roly Tuck of Dalton, Charles Tuck of New Boston, and Dunnie Tuck of Omaha; three sisters, Eula Little of Seattle, Wash., Paulette Carothers of Omaha, and Bettye Stacks of Naples; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 2 p.m. today at Harrison Funeral Home with the Rev. Dwaine Higgins officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Bryan Mills, Texas.
