SALLISAW, Okla.—Charles Jack “Charlie” Bibb, 49, of Fort Smith, Ark., died Wednesday, May 28, 2008, in Fort Smith.

Mr. Bibb was born April 16, 1959, in Tulsa, Okla. He was self-employed and a Baptist.
