Daquan Bryant, infant son of Donald Bryant Jr. and Shayla Spates of Texarkana, Ark., died Wednesday, June 4, 2008, in a local hospital.

Daquan was born June 4, 2008, in Texarkana, Texas.

Other survivors include his grandparents, LaDonna Spates and Donald Sr. and Diane Bryant of Texarkana and James Spates Sr. of Lexington, Ky.; two aunts, Yashica Robinson and Lashonda Bryant of Texarkana; one uncle, James Spates Jr. of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. today at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens with the Rev. David E. Lee officiating. Burial will be under direction of Haynes Mortuary.
