ATLANTA, Texas—Eloise Gholson, 90, of Bivins, Texas, died Wednesday, June 4, 2008, in Terrell, Texas.

Mrs. Gholson was born Nov. 27, 1917, in Bivins. She was a member of Center Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include one brother, D.W. McDonald of Atlanta; two special friends, Reba Gholson Odom and Juanita Gholson Zant; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 2 p.m. today at Center Hill Baptist Church with Earl Taylor and Kerry Easley officiating. Burial will be in Pine Crest Cemetery under direction of Hanner Funeral Service.
