DE QUEEN, Ark.—Phyllis Ann Kesterson Westmoreland, 59, of Immokalee, Fla., died Saturday, June 7, 2008, in Eufaula, Okla.

Mrs. Westmoreland was born Sept. 23, 1948, in Dierks, Ark. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
