ATLANTA, Texas—Ennis Bryan Charleston Sr., 78, of Linden, Texas, died Monday, June 9, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Charleston was born Oct. 7, 1929, in Bryans Mill, Texas. He was a retired heavy-equipment operator with Gifford-Hill & Co. and Lone Star and a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by three sons, Ross, Mike and Lester.
