Carolyn Diann Wooten, 57, of Redwater, Texas, died Thursday, June 12, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Wooten was born Nov. 3, 1950, in Atlanta, Texas. She was a retired store manager at Country Store and member of Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry DeWayne Wooten of Redwater; two sons, Dustin Wooten and Terry Wooten of Texarkana; two sisters, Pam Durham of Texarkana and Vickie Vice of Longview, Texas; one brother, David Cowley of Longview; three grandchildren, Bella Wooten, Colby Wooten and Haley Wooten; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Chapelwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Steve Rice officiating. Burial will be in Malta, Texas Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

The family will be at the home of Jerry DeWayne Wooten, 633 White Oak Road, Redwater.
