MENA, Ark.—Michael Allen Portwood, 53, of Mena died Friday, June 27, 2008, in Mena.

Mr. Portwood was born Dec. 20, 1954. He was a maintenance worker and a Baptist.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Tilman Portwood and Teresa Destrini of Mena; three stepchildren, Josh Foster, Angela Foster and Tony Foster; his mother, Carribeth Portwood of Ashdown, Ark.; one brother, Chuck Portwood of Texas; two sisters, Penny Belcher of Checotah, Okla., and Carrielynn Oden of Ashdown; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services were Monday at Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
