GEORGE MAY

DEKALB, Texas—George Ell May, 87, of DeKalb died Saturday, July 5, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mrs. May was born June 1, 1921. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of DeKalb. She was preceded in death by her husband, L.E. May.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Reva and John Ed Hutchinson and Juanie and Harlton Norris of DeKalb; three grandsons, Curtis and Steve Hutchinson and James Russell; nine great-grandchildren; and one niece.

Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church of DeKalb with the Rev. Walter Jackson and Curtis Hutchinson officiating. Burial will be in Woodmen Cemetery under direction of Bates-Rolf Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
