DE QUEEN, Ark.—Frances Wagner, 88, of Horatio, Ark., died Friday, July 4, 2008, in a Little Rock hospital.

Mrs. Wagner was born Aug. 25, 1919, in Waco, Texas. She was a homemaker and member of St. Barbara’s Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Quinton James Wagner; one son, Robert Stephen Wagner; one grandson, Chris Burris; and one great-granddaughter, Natilie Wagner.

Survivors include five sons and three daughters-in-law, Quinton and Mary Ann Wagner of Texarkana; Richard and Mary Kay Wagner of Fort Worth, Texas, Tommy and Joyce Wagner, John Ed Wagner and Mike Wagner of Horatio; one daughter and son-in-law, Quinthea and Ronald Mitchell of Fort Worth; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Services will be 11 a.m. today at St. Barbara Catholic Church with Monsignor Gerald Priest officiating. Burial will be in Clear Creek Cemetery under direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home.
