Naomi “Neo” Silvey Johnson, 82, of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, July 6, 2008, in a local retirement center.

Mrs. Johnson was born July 27, 1925, in Oklahoma City. She was a homemaker and a deacon, elder and member of Trinity Presbyterian Church, PEO, a board member for Young Women’s Christian Association, and a Red Cross volunteer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Freeman L. Johnson.
