Lovie Lee Hatten, 74, of Dallas died Friday, July 4, 2008, in Dallas.

Mrs. Hatten was born Oct. 6, 1932, in Carbondale, Texas. She was a private caregiver and a member of Prosperity Baptist Church, New Boston, Texas.

Survivors include one son, Billy Miller of Fort Worth, Texas; three daughters, Sally Ellis of Duncanville, Texas, Terry Ross of Dallas and Kesha Hatten of Irving; one stepdaughter, Neely Woodward of Kansas City, Mo.; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Closed casket services will be 11 a.m. today at First Baptist Church, New Boston, with the Rev. James Tudman officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under direction of Haynes Mortuary.

The body may be viewed 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. today at the church.
