ASHDOWN, Ark.—Oneta Johnson, 89, of Ashdown died Saturday, July 5, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Johnson was born Jan. 28, 1919, in Paris, Texas.

Survivors include four nephews and one niece-in-law, Ben Jr. and Marie Oats, Larry Marshall, John Henry Marshall Jr. and Denver Hill; four nieces and one nephew-in-law, Bernice Monroe, Georgia Hopkins, Mary A. Denson and Lucie M. and Jim Hopkins.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. today at Rhodes Cemetery with the Rev. Raymond Latson officiating. Burial will be under direction of Moore’s Funeral Home.
