NEW BOSTON, Texas—William “Curley” Cockrum, 84, of Leary, Texas, died Tuesday, July 8, 2008, at his home. Mr. Cockrum was born March 5, 1924, in Cooper, Texas. He was retired from Red River Army Depot, attended First Bikers Church of Texarkana and was a World War II Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Cockrum; and one son, Trask Cockrum.
