Allyne Virginia Patterson, 73, of Texarkana died Tuesday, July 8, 2008, at her home.

Mrs. Patterson was born April 17, 1935, in Texarkana, Texas. She was a retired crossing guard with Texarkana ISD.

Survivors include three sons, Anthony McGary of Dallas, Karlton McGary of Los Angeles and Victor Patterson of Texarkana; one daughter, Angela Cooks of Texarkana; her mother, Millie Ann Patterson of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Nash Cemetery with the Rev. Londell Williams officiating. Burial will be under direction of Jones Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
