LINDEN, Texas—Erebana “Polly” Ross, 73, of Linden died Tuesday, July 8, 2008, in a Longview, Texas, hospital.

Mrs. Ross was born Nov. 11, 1934, in Watts, Okla. She was retired from Texas Department of Transportation and a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, S.C. Ross; one son, Scott Ross of Linden; one daughter, Ginger Bamburg of Waxahachie, Texas; one brother, Jimmy Ward of Broken Arrow, Okla.; one sister, Peggy Webb of Claremore, Okla.; five grandchildren, Brian Ross, Daniel Ross, Ross Bamburg, Tara Bamburg and Kathryn Ross; one great-grandson; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Robert Funeral Home, Westville, Okla. Burial will be in Westville Cemetery under direction of Reeder-Davis-Schindler Funeral Home.
