Lynelle D. Carter, 75, of Texarkana, Ark., died Friday, July 11, 2008, at her home.

Mrs. Carter was born Nov. 4, 1932, in Waycross, Ga. She was a retired director of supplies with Wadley Regional Medical Center, a member of the American Hospital Association and the First Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Rue Boutin of Texarkana and Carolyn Parker of Houston; one son and daughter-in-law, Fred T. and Jill Carter of Dothan, Ala.; five grandchildren, Blaine Boutin of Little Rock, Jason Carter and Tiffany Carter of Texarkana and Patrick Carter and Dalt...
