Mary Neal Poston, age 91, former resident of Texarkana since 1943, died July 12, 2008, in Temple, Texas where she had resided since December 2002. She was born in Tuckerman, Arkansas, May 7, 1917, the youngest of six daughters of Rufus Lindley Conditt and Georgia Harrison Conditt.

An active member of the First United Methodist Church–Texas, Mary Neal served her church for many years in many ways. She will be remembered as a past president of the McDuffie Bible Class. Faithful in her attendance, she could always be found in her same pew most Sundays.
