BO BOYD

DAINGERFIELD, Texas—Bruce “Bo” Boyd, 50, of Daingerfield died Tuesday, July 8, 2008, in a Mount Pleasant, Texas, hospital.

Mr. Boyd was born Feb. 17, 1958, in Daingerfield. He was a doctor’s assistant and a member of Victory Temple Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include four brothers, Ken Boyd, James Everette, Clarance Frazier and Morris Boyd of Daingerfield; three sisters, Vernell Morton of California and Mickey Garrett and Maria Attaway of Daingerfield; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at New Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. Thomas Peters officiating. Burial will be in Daingerfield City Cemetery under direction of Harmon Funeral Home.

Visitation will be noon to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
