PRESCOTT, Ark.—Leonard Everette House, 89, of Prescott died Sunday, July 13, 2008, in Little Rock. Mr. House was born Nov. 6, 1918, in Prescott. He was a farmer, a meat-cutter, a meat market manager for Taylor Brothers, Prescott, and Austin Capps, Gurdon, Ark., a member of Piney Grove Assembly of God, Gurdon, Gurdon Assembly of God and Prescott Assembly of God and a World War II Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Faye Holder House of Prescott; one son and daughter-in-law, Sammy and Kay House of Little Rock; one daughter and son-in-law, Lonnie and Leon Moore of Grand Blanc, Mich.; one sister, Chloe Orren of Prescott; four grandchildren, Michael Moore, Lisa Warner, Jason House and Lauren House; three great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry G. Westmoreland officiating. Burial will be in DeAnn Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and noon to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Online registration is at www.brazzelfuneralhomes.com.
