ATLANTA, Texas—Edward L. Martin, 50, of Atlanta died Thursday, July 10, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mr. Martin was born Oct. 4, 1957, in Domino, Texas. He was a home provider and a member of Church of God in Christ.

Survivors include his wife, Felecia M. Martin of Atlanta; three children, Danelle Martin, Jerome Martin and Octavius Hall; his father, John L. Martin of Domino; three brothers, Johnny R. Martin and Will Martin of Domino and Fredric L. Martin of Shiloh, Texas; three sisters, Sharel Dyer of Texarkana and Dorothy Martin and Rachel Martin of Domino; and three grandchildren.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Calvary Tabernacle with Donnie Timmons officiating. Burial will be in Lanark Cemetery under direction of Coleman-Atlanta Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
