CLARKSVILLE, Texas—James R. Faulkner Sr., 75, of Clarksville died Monday, July 14, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mr. Faulkner was born May 29, 1933, in Clarksville. He was a member of American Legion Post 45, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Dimple Community Club and Pine Grove Presbyterian Church, a volunteer with Veterans of Foreign Wars Military Order of Cooties and RSVP and a Korean War and Vietnam War Marine Corps veteran.
