VAN BUREN, Ark.—Perry Allan Langdon, 73, of Van Buren died Monday, July 21, 2008.

Mr. Langdon was born Jan. 22, 1935, in San Francisco. He was retired founder of Express Personnel Services, formerly employed with Harding Glass and Shearson, a member of Boy Scouts, The National Guard, Fort Smith Board of City Directors, First Baptist Church, Van Buren, and a Korean War Air Force veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Janet Langdon of Van Buren; one son and daughter-in-law, Lance and Trish Langdon of Fayetteville, Ark.; one stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, Scott and Robin Sharp of Muldrow, Okla.; and two granddaughters, Libby Sharp and Sadie Sharp of Muldrow.

Services will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home. Private burial will be in Fort Smith National Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
