HOPE, Ark.—Betty Jean Williams, 60, of Prescott, Ark., died Monday, July 21, 2008, in a Texarkana hospital.

Ms. Williams was born Jan. 16, 1948, in Nevada County, Ark.

Survivors include three brothers, Earl Williams of El Paso, Texas, Herbert and Harvery Williams of Grady, Ark.; one sister, Ruth Langston of Jackson, Miss.; one special niece, Doris Tidwell of Prescott; one special cousin, Mattie Box of Prescott; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Laneburg Pentecostal Church, Laneburg, Ark. Burial will be in New Salem Cemetery, Rosston, Ark., under direction of Hicks Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
