Richard Earl Tyous III, 55, of Texarkana, Ark., died Wednesday, July 16, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mr. Tyous was born Dec. 12, 1952, in Texarkana. He was a member of Lonoke Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Sheila Tyous of Texarkana; three sons, Delshon Tyous and Richard Tyous IV of Texarkana and Darius Tyous of Little Rock; his parents, Robert Tyous and Johnnie B.
