Ruben Roy Willis, 52, of Little Rock died Tuesday, July 15, 2008, in Little Rock.

Mr. Willis was born March 8, 1956, in Texarkana, Ark. He was retired from the California Department of Motor Vehicles.

Survivors include two sons, Ruben R. Willis Jr. of Sacramento, Calif., and Eric S. Watson of Texarkana; one daughter, Kendra S. Willis of Sacramento; four brothers, Leonard Willis of El Dorado, Texas, Billy Earl Willis and Charles Willis of Texarkana and Quincy Willis of Nashville, Ark.; one sister, Kathy Williams of Texarkana; and one grandchild.
