James “Jim” Dillingham Sr., 81, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, July 23, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mr. Dillingham was born March 28, 1927, in Paoli, Okla. He was a retired regional manager for Western Casualty & Surety, a member of Board of Directors for Christus St. Michael Rehab Hospital, Eagle Board of Review for Caddo Area Council Boy Scouts of American and Judge I.N.
