JOE SHURTLEFF

Joe Neil Shurtleff, 75, of Ashdown, Ark., died Thursday, July 24, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mr. Shurtleff was born April 22, 1933, in Buckner, Ark. He was co-owner of Shurtleff Tile Co. and Rite-Way Machine Shop of Texarkana and a Baptist.

Survivors include his wife, LaTrelle Shurtleff of Ashdown; one son and daughter-in-law, David and Kimberly Shurtleff of Ashdown; two daughters and sons-in-law, Rhonda and David Salinsky of Seabrook, Texas, and Sondra and David Senn of Elgin, Texas; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a number of oth...
