JONESBORO, Ark.—Col. Jack F. Riggins, 90, of Jonesboro died Thursday, July 24, 2008.

Mr. Riggins was born Jan. 20, 1918, in Buckner, Ark. He was a decorated World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Sue Allen Riggins; one daughter and son-in-law, Suzanne and Helmuth Haug of Kansas City, Mo.; one son and daughter-in-law, John and Nadalyn Riggins of Little Rock; one brother, William S. Riggins of Hot Springs, Ark.; two sisters, Claudine Morgan of Dallas and Francille Seymour of Hope, Ark.; and four grandchildren.
