NEW BOSTON, Texas—Weldon Clements Sr., 69, of DeKalb, Texas, died Sunday, July 27, 2008, in a Texarkana hospital.

Mr. Clements was born Feb. 19, 1939, in Cooper, Texas. He was a self-employed plumber and a member of New Boston Church of God.
