HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas—Curtis Dwayne Evans, 19, of Daingerfield, Texas, died Friday, Aug. 22, 2008.

Mr. Evans was born April 5, 1989, in Mount Pleasant, Texas. He was employed with Pilgrim’s Pride Corp.

Survivors include his parents, Jane Evans and Curtis Robertson; his grandfather, Paul Robertson; one special friend, Dominque Woodson; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Shady Grove Christian Church with Wayne Roberson officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery under direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home.
