ATLANTA, Texas—Naomi King Watson, 84, of Douglassville, Texas, died Monday, Aug. 25, 2008, in Douglassville.

Mrs. Watson was born June 6, 1924, in Marietta, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, Marietta.

Survivors include four daughters, Martha Garner, Dorotha Hall, Nellie Bell and Kathryn Hall; two sons, Howard Watson and Donald Watson; one sister, Veta King; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. L.C. Bell Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Floyd Valley Cemetery under direction of Coleman-Atlanta Funeral Home.

Visitation will be noon to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
