Cecil Clyde Turner, 82, of Texarkana, Ark., died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Turner was born Feb. 6, 1926, in Springhill, Ark. He was retired from Red River Army Depot, former marshal of the Four States Fair Parade and an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by one son, Len Turner, in 1984.
