Parker “Billy” Rhone, 53, of Seattle died Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Rhone was born June 9, 1955, in Ogden, Ark.

Survivors include three daughters, Elizabeth Rhone and Andrea McDougie of Federal Way, Wash., and Keandra Rhone of Oakland, Calif.; his father, Timothy Rhone of Ogden; four brothers, Timothy Rhone Jr. of Mandeville, Ark., James Rhone of Wake Village, Texas, Don Rhone of Grand Prairie, Texas, and Winston Jackson of Ashdown, Ark.; three sisters, Sarah Breedlove of Richmond, Calif., Helen Smith of Ogden and Tonya Rhone of Texarkana; and seven gra...
