NAPLES, Texas—Roger Alan O’Rear, 59, of DeKalb, Texas, died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008, at his home.

Mr. O’Rear was born July 31, 1949, in Fort Worth, Texas. He was a brick mason and a member of First Baptist Church, Mansfield, Texas.

Survivors include his parents, J.R. and Ola O’Rear of DeKalb; one sister and brother-in-law, Sharlotte and Rich Steward of DeKalb; one brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Donna O’Rear of New Boston, Texas; two uncles and aunts, Norris and Peggy Cash and Thomas and Wyvie O’Rear; and a number of other relatives.
