John Edward Bius Jr., 37, of Benton, Ark., died Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Bius was born June 5, 1971, in Texarkana, Texas. He was a disability adjudicator for Social Security Administration and a member of Williams Memorial United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, John Edward Bius Sr.
