DAINGERFIELD, Texas—Irma Lea Black, 82, of Daingerfield died Saturday, Sept. 6, 2008, in Mount Pleasant, Texas.

Mrs. Black was born Nov. 15, 1925, in Egypt, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of Hillcrest Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Douglas Black; one daughter, Mary Elaine Ferrell; and one grandson, James “Nutt” Johnson.
